www.hondaautomotiveparts.com has accessory install instructions copied from the Helms manual so that's why I thought they might have them. I'll do some more looking around. The 94 teg Helms I have did not list anything about fog install/removal.
I have the 98-01 foglights install instructions in a PDF file on my computer.

Click the link, in the resulting file directory right click on the PDF file (int_fogs_01.pdf) and select Save As...
If for some reason you cannot view PDF's, each page of the PDF has been screen captures and saved as a GIF file. These are also in the same directory linked above.
