Update,

Well i was at the total mercy of the dealer so they replaced my head lamp bulbs for free. Now disableing my DRL even though they told me that they couldnt do it, were able to cut me a deal and have it done for 40 bucks. Sounds steap but since i cant seem to find the right information on how too disable them and even when i go for help i still get nothing. Now remind me again what was the internet for?. ohhhh thats right......PORN!....sweet!.
