On the topic of Valve adjustment...

I'm new to owning a Honda(91 Teg RS B18A). It ticks a little bit as well. Nothing out of control... but noticable. the car has 155,000 Miles on it and runs Great! No smoke and does not burn oil. Just has a minor tick to it. It is more annoying than anything. How do you go about adjusting the valves in a B series motor? Or should I just get a shop to do it? I am very mechanically inclined, But have never worked on a Honda. It has always been mazda's. And I have never had to do a valve adjustment on any other car.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
