I have a 1992 Honda Civic Vx with new tires, and wheels that are in great shape. The car does have a motor and tranny. The motor runs fine, check engine light comes on because of a bad mixture sensor. The clutch needs replacing drives still, but really worn.The clutch and motor have 225,000 miles on them.
