Say whatever you want, passing on a double-yellow or on the shoulder will fail you on a driving test and get you tickets. It's not safe or legal no matter how clear it is, but I've done both. I never do it now that I'm 33 versus when I was 21. I'd do it again if I were bleeding or had a better reason. When you're tired, you tend to have bad judgment behind the wheel.


Not parallel parking in 3 moves also can get you to fail the test... whats your point?
