ok the radio fuse will not do anything, if you are afriad of taking the battery terminals off, remove the main battery fuse in the fusebox, only 2 phillips head screws. then turn the ignition on and off like 10 times. this will discharge any of the capacitors in the electrical system. after that just reinstall the fuse and let the car idle for a bit. its going to need a few cold start cycles and a bit of driving to relearn everything before it will get back to peak performance.
