i heard you aren't supposed to flush honda trannys. just drain and refill, drive a little, and repeat until the fluid coming out looks like the fluid you put in. something about them being sensitive to the chemicals used in a power flush.
also, i don't believe honda's have an overdrive. they have a torque converter lock-up. if its locking up harder than normal, maybe your tc is dying.
