I take them.........nothing hardcore like they are taking but just the basic stuff.........IMO if done properly where u don't abuse it, then it is no worse than all the other supplements out there. Also when I started I was about 183 pounds and had a max bench of 265..........in about a month it had increased to 320. I only took the recommended doses and didn't abuse it. Also just because you take them does not mean you will get really strong. You still have to train your ass off. I was in the weight room about 3 hours a night. Its a personal choice and yeah it might not be the best for your body in the long run, but just like anything else we do that isn't good for us like drinking and smoking.
