That is a lovely home. Take some little sticky spots or post it notes and put them on any discrepancy, noting them in your PDA/notebook or scrap of paper. Open and close every door and window, make sure all the outlets work(small lamp handy for this), lights and other electrical check out. Look under sinks and stuff to see that they were tidy installing them. Take a good flashlight, and clothes that you don't mind climbing around in. It is a new house, so most everything should be cool, you will want to be sure the sheetrock is done right, that sort of stuff
