Yea, I used to have a background tab...I have it at work so I know its supposed to be there.
I wanted to change my background and I know I can right-click and put "Set as Wallpaper" but then I can't change the effect (tile, center, stretch)...
Well, under the Desktop tab I have the option to change the wallpaper and make it Center, Tile, or Stretch.
