1. The rules are located on the top of the forum, with obvious names like "Sticky: ** Please Note the State of Where Vehicle is Being Sold in the TITLE " and " Sticky: *** Must Read: Vehicle Classifieds Guidelines ". It doesn't matter when you join the site, the rules are there and available for you to read before clicking on the New Thread button.
2. When people scroll through the thread list, they can find the location of the vehicle WITHOUT clicking on every single link. It's a LOT easier for them that way.
3. Location under your name isn't included in the search, otherwise every single thread with any poster living in NY would be returned.
