Brembo blank rotors are not all the expensive - almost near the same price as OE rotors.

as for your problem...i have the same thing, my rotors just get warped. instead of replacing them, why not just get them turned (or machined). either you are hard on the brakes or you are getting them wet when they are critically hot.
