Well lacrosse really is not that big of deal. Typically we have 2-3 games a week. And the day before we dont practice hard. Its more just work on stick skills now and run offense/defense.
I said Tues/Thurs would be more cardio and just tone the muscles. Not lift that long, just more of a warm up then anything. But if you guys recomend I could cut it down to 4 times a week.
what is your ultimate goal?
