Default Workout Crew:**New schedule.**

So Im thinking this is my new schedule and I wanted to see what you guys think of it.

Monday: Workout 6-6:50 AM // Lacrosse 4:00-6:30 PM

Tuesday: Lacrosse 4-6:30 PM // Workout 7-7:50 PM

Wed: Workout 6-6:50 AM // Lacrosse 4:00- 6:30 PM

Thurs: Lacrosse 4:00-6:30PM // Workout 7-7:50 PM

Friday: Workout 6-6:50 AM // Lacrosse 4:00-6:30 PM

Sat: Workout Sometime
Sun: Break day

How does that sound? I was thinking on Tuesday and Thursday would be more toning and less weight more reps. And use M-W-F as primarly hardcore workout day. I just got in the roll of working out in mornings and want to start going on Tues and Thurs. Somedays I wont have lax and wont be able to workout at night cause I have games so it will vary. Also I know people say get a days rest for the muscles. I was thinking that I will get about 36 hour rest for my muscles. Is that good enough?

Also whats the best way to tone. Less weight, more reps. But Do I do the reps fast? I tend to do about 12 reps on each. How much should I cut the weight down?
