Well, I don't know what KYB AGX's and H&R Sports are, I assume suspension stuff? I'd check to see if your calipers are hitting at full lock. Sounds like one of them (depending on the direction of the turn) is hitting somewhere and pushing the piston into the caliper.

Pull your wheels off and turn the thing full lock and take a look at where your calipers are sitting.
