If you arent going to be running that much boost I agree, just get it tuned well and if you're a little paranoid then get a blockguard and enlarge the coolant holes a bit.
Tuning helps reduce the chances for detonation not beefier internals. The stronger internals just will be able to hold the power without risking something breaking.
Stock cams are decent but if you are going to be running high boost then the stock cams really die off on the top end. Especially the non vtec cams. If you want to use larger injectors you are going to need something to control them. Whether its a piggy back like the v-afc or a stand alone like aem's ems. Stock honda ignition is pretty good too so unless you're running a high powered car or your old ignition is going out i'd save my money.
