I hear a lot of people saying that when going sc or turbo, you should keep your camshafts, get some cam gears for tuning, valve springs/retainers, and forged pistons and rods would also decrease detonation and makes it easier for the engine to rev up.
As for the fuel upgrade, is it possible to tune without an upgrade to fuel computer if using larger injectors with larger fuel pump, and how would you know what pump strength and injector size if you plan 240 hp like mentioned initially in the thread?
I wanted also to know if there is any advantage or what would be the point in running dual coils instead of single coil on an MSD ignition.
Anyone want to comment on their experience/knowledge and help me clarify those questions?
