you have to get a thich flat head screw driver and get the notches out of that bolt. it can e done it just might take a bit of muscles. than you have to get the bolt off. to do so (hopefully you havent removed any brake lines) you have some ne step on the break pedal ,so the wheel wont turn , than you get a socket on it or an impact wrench (if you have air tools available) and you spin off the nut the hub should come right off. if not than tell your buddy who is holding the break pedal to let off and take off the EBrake. if it still wont come use a little bit of force it will come off you may have to back up your break pads a bit if the rotor is woren too much on the inside. but good luck.
