You need every bit of torque you can get with a Honda motor, so go for one suited best for the chassis you are working with. A B16 is a poor choice for a 2nd/3rd gen Integra because of the added weight of the chassis. Couple that with a transmission that has long gear ratios and you have one slow ass car. It will be good on gas but if you are looking for acceleration, you won't find it with that combination. If you insist on the B16, you must mate it with a tranny that has short gear ratios like snoopy said.
