Here's the specifications for you:

JDM 97-01 Prelude VTEC
2157cc (DOHC VTEC)
Horsepower: 202hp@6800rpm
Torque: 161lbs-ft@5500rpm

Compression: 10.6:1
Bore: 87mm
Stroke: 90.7mm
OBD: 2
Redline: 8200rpm
2001 Accord LX Coupe - Weight: 2,943lbs

VS.

JDM 97-01 Integra GS-R
1797cc (DOHC VTEC)
Horsepower: 178hp@7600rpm
Torque: 129lbs-ft@6200rpm

Compression: 10.6:1
Bore: 81mm
Stroke: 87.2mm
OBD: 2
Redline: 8200rpm
2001 Acura Integra LS - Weight: 2,643lbs

The curb weight is cited from Carsdirect.com, if you care to look. Now the Accord is 300lbs. heavier, that is a difference. However with a H22A G2 the engine is putting out 22HP more, give or take, and 31lbs. of torque when compared to the B18C G2. I think that makes up for about 250-275lbs. difference between the two cars. Granted the Integra may beat the Accord, that is a very good possibilty, but I don't think you're giving the Accord enough credit nor are you aware of what it's capabilities are. The H22A G2 is also 1k cheaper than the B18C G2 on most import engine sites, which is a big difference. So in conclusion, if we were talking about 1/4 mile times I think that the difference between the two cars, if the drivers were similar in driving abilities , would be .2-.3 at the very most. However, in terms of cornering, twists, and turns I'd give it to the Integra but the Accord wouldn't be very far behind. So basically it's a preference and there isn't any HUGE difference between the two.
