You forgot weight. A B18C powered integra will easily beat an H22 powered Accord. Accords are boats and that is why Integras will outperform them. Integras are sporty and Accords are built for economy and hauling family around it. It is like comparing apples and oranges, they are built for two different purposes and with identical mods, the Integra will outperform the Accord any day of the week.
