you will need a hybrid kit since you have a B20 goin into a civic. I think Drag makes a hybrid kit for that swap. if they don't make it for a B20 it should be the same as a B18B.

find a tuner don't use pre burned chips and any B16 or B18 tranny will work with the B20Z
