if you have 0 toe and negative camber you won't see tire killing wear on the inner edge of the tires..true there will be a little extra wear due to more pressure but with people constantly turning you'll balance out the tire wear between the entire tread and inner tread anyways
toe shreds tires..and when people lower their car without getting an allignment, the out-of-spec toe settings will shred the inner tires due to negative camber...but then people blame in on camber
