I took my time and did everything myself. Only had help physically raising the old engine out and lowering the new one in and it took me 3 days including 1 day for creating the exhaust and double checking everything.
I also had air tools and pretty much every other tool at my disposal at the time.

Doing another one... there is no way it would take me more than two days total. (12-14 hour days of course )
