i had about a 1.5 inch drop on my civic and it killed my tires, the insides of the tires wore down to the cords. i would advise you to get a camber kit for the front. im not sure how the suspension is set up on accords, but if its similar to the civic rear suspension then you wouldnt need to buy a rear camber kit, you can just unbolt the upper control arm and just insert some washers to straighten out the wheel. i would also suggest the ingals camber kit with the polyurathane bushings, they're so easy to install and very easy to adjust.
