If it isn't leaking but just dented, it should be fine. If it is leaking, you need to get a new one. Check the parts classifieds forum. I see them all the time.

You need a new oil pan gasket and oil pan to do the job. It is fairly simple. You just need to move the exhaust manifold out of your way to drop the pan and then remove any flywheel covers and engine stiffeners if you cannot get to all the bolts as in my case. Just remove all the bolts, replace and put it all back together. Don't overtorque the bolts though. On my engine, the torque spec is 9 ft/lbs. Good luck.
