it doesn't matter. if he's a guest in a house, it wouldn't matter how high the reward is, if he didn't want to be turned in, you'd have to listen. the ideas of hospitality are completely different over there. if he was in a tiny rural area, where the caves are, everyone would know, and he'd be caught instantly. My professor, who's an expert in this stuff and was over there, ranted about this for like an hour one time and I listened.
thats only if he's a guest in a house of a host who is symathetic to his terrorist cause. and if no one else in the neighborhood sees his face. the caves are apparently extremely complex in that area. i dont think its easy to be found in those caves.
