Default greatest hp gain for $500 and less??
1996 civic ex

I have already bolted on an Injen SRI and did a magnaflow cat-back.
I'm looking for a decent gain but i'm torn because I keep leaning around a motor swap. It would help if I knew more about b16's/b18's but oh well
