There are four O2 sensors, two on each side. There is one before and one after the catalytic converter however NO sensors after the two pipes come together into one.

As for the dipstick for the Transmission fluid, there is not one to be found. We bought this SUV used about a year ago and we have no reason to believe that the transmission fluid has ever been changed, so we are wanting to do that now.
