A longer stroke does slightly raise the compression. The differenct between the GSR and B16/ITR head is not THAT different...you won't even be close to 12:1 if you are indeed using a 10.1 compression piston for a B16 head.
Second, Eagle specifically makes stroker kits for the LS, GSR, ITR for a 95mm stroke. They don't even make a 95mm stroke for the B16.
Third, they even list the compression ratio for the different pistons they supply in their kits, for both the GSR and B16 head on an LSVTEC.
