The difference between the GSR head and LS head isn't THAT different in terms of comp ratio...if that's what you're talking about...and the stroke does raise comp a little bit, but I don't think you'd be 12:1, especially with a super thick HG like .060...double stock thickness.

the stroker kit from eagle (CRV/VTEC or LSVTEC) was design by eagle for a B16 vtec head ONLY, not for a GSR HEAD and who, said anything about the stroker kit raisesing the comp? piston do that as i know. if you have a LS block mix into a VTEC head IE B16 VTEC head and B18C VTEC head,the comp will chage from head to head, not a huge difference ! but it will change !
