It gets hot after I've driving for 35 miles and then when I get to first stop it gets really hot. Then it dumps all the coolant out into the reservoir and I have to turn on my heat to get it to go down and then can’t make any long stops.
What I don't understand is how it works fine for a week and then starts acting up again. It may have a relation to the temp. outside as well. Since each time its been a warmer day then what it has been and by warmer I'm saying up 50s as opposed to 30-40.
I get a little smoke from driving but not much, not constant smoke that I know of.
Yes the new thermo is a Honda one.
