Yeah, they used the same theory of the human spirit in Eternal Sunshine as well. Though they are very different movies the theme is still there and actually is the forefront of the movies meaning.
Its too bad that two of Carreys movies have stolen directly from Dark City which really makes those two movies look cheap for doing it.
