No, they are not "pressed on". That jacked up design was eliminated with the 98 model Accords.

Just remove the caliper, the two phillips screws.

If you live the rust/snow belt, those two phillips screws will likely be stuck in there and you'll strip them getting them out. You'll be safe with some liquid wrench and an impact driver, that'll prevent stripping.

If you get the screws out and the rotors don't come off, you can beat on the back of them, if that doesn't work...I had to use some bolts to thread down in the threaded holes in the rotors so it pushed against the hub and pops the rotor off.
