No way am I tipping for that process especially since they are not tipped employees where part of their wage depends on your tips. They have full medical and more than fair pay scale.

From what I heard, being a "driver" for UPS pays almost about $80k a year. They get full benefits and the works. They get paid well for what they dont do well sometimes.
