Any tire with an M+S (mud+snow) printed on the sidewall is by definition an all-season tire. Even the toyo proxes FZ-4 (now Proxes4) is considered an all-season tire. It doesn't mean that they are reccomended for snow however.
Edit: My bad, only the H rated es-100's are M+S rated... :doh: 205/50R15's are V rated.
