It is NOT an issue and not hard to do at all!! A guy near me has a RHD Del Sol SIR,street legal and drives it everyday,everywhere.There was also an article in Honda tuning about a man from Ca. who imported a 91 SIR.Granted his came over in pieces but It is reg,insured etc...

It is not as hard as ppl are making it out to be.Hell if he can import,license,insure and have a 91 Sir pass Ca emissions tests,how hard can it be.Again time,patience and paperwork.
