Okay, i'm really tired of looking at my uneven tire wear.

I have 94 accord coupe with neuspeed sport springs and i bought adjustable front camber for the front, had it alligned and ofcourse its still on negative camber. I put a total of three washers for the rear (3 on each side ofcourse) and same thing they're still negative camber.

My question is if i buy the SPC ball joint would that take care of my camber?
And of course what would i need for the rear?
Where is the cheapest place to buy these parts?

One last thing i'm thinking of taking my car to a good shop for them to just take care of the camber problem all four sides, i know it will cost money but i'm really tired of the uneven tire wear. How much should i be looking at? San Francisco bay area shops please.
