Just started routinly about 3 weeks ago.
Name: JP
Age: 22
Weight: 165-175 (varies, right now 172)
Max Bench: ~220 -- havn't done a recent pre-workout max lift as of late. I work out with ~180.
Max Squat: Don't do squats.
Push ups in a minute: 60+, before I started working out.
