You might think so! And I did too! But I figured this is not the case

Today it got alot worse, and now the sound is louder at all speeds, and there's a low humming/vibration along with the ambient tone. It's hard to tell, but I'm pretty sure it's originating from the rear right tire.

After looking at it, I conluded that the tire/wheel might be off balance because of the snow and dirt collecting on it. So I got a car wash - didn't help at all.

I went to my friends house today, and we popped off the rear right wheel, and ended up scraping off almost half a pound of dirt from the inside of the wheel! You see, I live on a dirt road.
