The Porter Cable's are about $100-110 and are available at any Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, and even Amazon.
Yeah I have the PC 7424, they're not hard to use, just make sure you dont press to hard. I believe that with a random orbital buffer, you dont have to worry about messing up due to the random motion.
