here is what I have prepared:
B18A1 block
1 lb shved polished balanced B18A1 crank
Eagle rods w/ Arp 8mm rod bolts
"Honda" bearings - rod main thrust
Pro fab 3 main girdle
B18A1 flywheel (not lightened)/ stage 2 clutch/ S1 trans
Fluidampr crank damper - single spool
Type R oil pan/ pickup/ windage
GSR oil pump
VTEC timing belt and VTEC water pump

3 things make me feel good = ARP rod bolts, 3 main girdle, fluidampr. If the internals are balanced....
