95 isnt obdII it's obdI
the 99 and the 02 will work with obd-2 scanners, and the 95 will need it's own...

i say just buy a standalone unit that gives you the code numbers.... you can just look them up online and it's alot simpler than trying to fandangle somthing with a computer....
