I dont think I would say that domestic sport utes are 'far superior', but looking in that class, the Pilot is the best overall; it'll probably sit on C&D 5BEST for the longest longest time. Ofcourse other domestic utes will offer more in other areas such as off road capability and cost of replacement parts. How long these trucks last; well, only time will tell, but GM trucks seem to last forever. But I still think that other SUVs, particularly toyota, Nissan, and GM will be quite good. I think i predicted that the Pilot is really gonna shake up the market along with the Oddessey, theyll probably sell every one that they make for the next 2 years.

Coming back to the passport, I would also look for other discussion forums where u can see how others handled their problems with the car. Ofcourse it wont be easy finding a Passport enthusiast site!
