Inner joint is bad.... Inners don't make any click noise they just vibrate bad on accel in higher gears.... most noticible on stock tegs w/ light accel in thirg gear about 35-40 mph... Don't rule out that left axle just because it's been replaced. You don't know how good that inner joint was before they 'remanufactured' it...
