1. Go ahead and replace your PCV valve as well (You can rattle it to see if it's still good.). and/or It could be a general vacuum issue too. and/or go ahead and get some of that good fuel injector cleaner from Honda too that B12 stuff or whatever it is. They'll know what I'm talking about.

2. A few things maybe possible here. a) Your weather stripping has gone bad or been torn. b) You window may not be going all the way up which could be caused by worn out mechanical or shorting electrical window mechanisms (I'm giving you short form here.) OR c) at some point someone may have tried breaking into that window attempting to force it down and boogered it up for you. It happened on a 95 2 dr EX I once had.
