Oil in the IC and piping is nothing unusual. This does not signify a dying turbo. This is caused by oil blowing out of your crankcase breather(part of the PCV system), which is routed back through the intake.

Get yourself a catch can, and that won't be an issue. If it were a turbo issue(such as a blown seal), you would be burning oil and have lots of smoke coming out of your tailpipe.
There was oil spraying out of the BOV.
