the factory disk and pressure plate is good. if you have i/h/e and a light flywheel should hold like a bastard.

lightened flywheel has less negative affects than something like aftermarket cams. i dont know about the 8 lb and under,but they shouldnt be that bad either. the only really noticeable difference is the mentioned starting up a hill.
