The E-brake is adjustable. THere is a jamnut on a rod behind the handle that you can adjust. Set the handle for 6 clicks and then tighten (I think this is correct). You get to the adjuster by removing the cover that is part of the handle base cover. Another thing-are you absolutely sure that the shoes are properly adjusted? THis one is not as easy to explain, but very important.
