Just undo the lower 12mm bolt and swing the caliper up - tie it up to the upper arm (I use a bent coat hanger).
Replace pads, press the piston in a bit to clear the thicker pads (start pressing and THEN open the bleeder valve - this way you wont get air in the system and need to bleed) and swing the caliper back down.
Done.
